Anyone who lives, works, trades, shops or provides services in the town centre has a stake in its future. Central to this is the role of partnerships. Since its formation the Clapham Junction Town Centre partnership has brought together local government, businesses and other partners. The result has been a programme of initiatives which helped to transform the area. In the next three years the partnership will build on these initiatives as well as new ideas to promote Clapham Junction and its vital role in the economic strength and prosperity of the area.
The opportunity to work together, to explore cross-promotional initiatives, develop business performance and a platform to raise issues, ideas and concerns are pivotal to the partnership’s work. Clapham-Junction.com is one of the partnership's projects which strives to meet this objective.
The partnership is made up of major stakeholders and business representatives in the town centre, as well as representatives from the voluntary sector and local counillors.
